Thune -

Added ur_setDatatypeBit() and ur_clrDatatypeBit().
Added 'lift-local and _scanControlStack().
'copy now handles context!.
Renamed ur_copy() as ur_clone().
ur_clone() now holds root block when deep copying.
Removed unused context code.
